In addition, samples of different shapes cannot meet the requirements of analysis, so it is also necessary to remelting them, so that the spectrometer can be used for analysis to quickly analyze whether the components of cast iron finished products are qualified or not, or adjust the formula of single or multiple elements timely according to the analysis results. Commissioned by an engine factory, Ruishenbao used vacuum remelting furnace to prepare samples by argon shielded remelting.

3. sample prepration
