Gas Fusion Machine FGC-00

The gas fusion machine FGC-00, developed by Ruishenbao Analytical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a specialized sample preparation equipment for XRF analysis and testing. The process of melt beads for XRF analysis prepared by bead fusion method is as follows: the sample is assisted by a flux(borate: a single or proportional mixture of lithium tetraborate and lithium perborate) and a demolding agent(mostly halides). With the platinum crucible(usually the platinum / gold mass ratio is 95/5) as the heat conduction vessel, the material is melted by high temperature (the temperature is generally between 1050℃ and 1300℃). Finally, The melt glass bead is formed by cooling at the pot bottom directly or by casting. As one of the methods for preparing samples for XRF, the bead fusion method effectively reduces the matrix effect and mineral effect of ore, rock, soil, refractory, metallurgical raw materials, etc. during XRF analysis, greatly improving the accuracy of the analysis. Thus it can be widely used in steel, metallurgical, chemical, Geological, cement, ceramic refractory and other industries. The FGC-00 is a fully automatic 4-station gas fusion machine with compact structure and fast heating speed via gas(propane or butane) as the fuel.
